GOODS & SALES

Requesting goods indicates you are offering to purchase a product(s), which we will accept to sell to you subject to the terms and conditions detailed. All goods requested remain at all times to be subject to availability and confirmation of the order by Luna Organic Skincare. Luna Organic Skincare at all times reserves the right to refuse any purchase request without giving reason.

SHIPPING & DISPATCHING

Luna Organic Skincare endeavours to dispatch all orders within 4 working days. However, we cannot accept any responsibility for delay or loss in delivery as a result of postal delays or force majeure.

Luna Organic Skincare accepts no responsibility for any additional consequential loss over and above the original value of the goods purchased.

United Kingdom Shipping Rates

Orders up to £49, shipping is £4.95 flat rate.
Orders £50 and over, shipping is free.

Europe EEA Shipping Rates

Orders up to £99, shipping is £10.95 flat rate.
Orders £100 and over, shipping is free.

Rest of the World Shipping Rates

Orders up to £99, shipping is £20.00 flat rate.
Orders £100 and over, shipping is free.

Returns or Exchanges

If for any reason you need to return a product to us please e-mail info@lunaorganicskincare.co.uk with your order number including information of the product letting us know if there was anything wrong.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange or refund.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

USE OF VOUCHERS

Where the client holds a Voucher for a specific package, no amendments to the inclusive package may be made. However, Luna Organic Skincare reserves the right to offer alternative treatments should this be deemed necessary.

Whilst we use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of the information on our website relating to the purchase of goods, Luna Organic Skincare reserves the right to cancel or amend without liability, any information if it is identified as a mistake of fact.

Gift Vouchers have 12 months validity from the date of purchase and will not be extended. Gift Vouchers are non transferable and no cash refunds will be made for non-use.

All vouchers remain the property of Luna Organic Skincare until full payment has been received and cleared.

BOOKINGS

Bookings must be made in advance and early booking is recommended as some date restrictions may apply and at all times bookings are subject to availability.

If you intend to settle your reservation with gift vouchers, please do mention this to us on making your book and bring the vouchers with you to present them to Reception upon your arrival. Failure to do so may result in full payment being requested.

Once a booking has been made at Luna Organic Skincare, full terms and conditions pertaining to your visit apply, or in the event of cancellation of your visit.

CANCELLATIONS

Under the United Kingdom’s Distant Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund on voucher purchases. Cancellations must be received in writing quoting your order reference within 7 days.

Once cancelled, goods must be returned in their original condition with their original packaging and with proof of purchase documentation enclosed and sent to Luna Organic Skincare, 74 Merthyr Road, Whitchurch Village, Cardiff CF14 1DJ.

All goods remain your responsibility until received by Luna Organic Skincare. For your own protection, we recommend you return goods using a delivery service that insures you for their full value.
